A bit about me: I dream of a barn...not to house animals, other than my dogs, but where friends and family hang out when they come to visit and where I go to work and play. It's a barn with a workshop, old-fashioned juke-box and hammocks are strewn in random corners and a bon-fire is not far from the huge sliding doors. It has a Jeep for when I'm working in the city and to drive around the property. Not a bad dream, eh? Just might happen ya know.....that’s my plan. Would be nice to share with the right person.
I love being outside. I like the country, but love the city. Some days (when surrounded by tourists usually) it’s flip-flopped. Nature and the city balance each other well and that works for me.
Family is important, communication and honest are key, and my guy has a never-ending supply of flirting for his special girl, me (which he will receive back generously).
I love live music; small venues, great music and a friend to enjoy it with. Love that. Great times. Music is a part of my everyday life in some way shape or form.
A healthy lifestyle is strongly preferred. Staying home and cuddling on the couch is just as much fun (if not more so) than going out.
My Ideal Person:
What am I looking for? I am interested in meeting someone with whom I can talk, laugh, share, explore and enjoy my time with be it a wild adventure or a simple night at home. My guy would never wonder if he was loved.
Love dogs? Me too. Enjoy slow wake-ups together on a gorgeous Sunday morning? Me too. Like to go to galleries, museums, exploring some place new just for fun? Good, me too.
From this site I just hope to meet a guy where when I describe him I almost don’t know where to begin but perhaps smile, sigh, and say, “he’s just….great” [big grin]. Everyone brings something different to the table and you just never know when something will mesh unpredictably. I'm not looking for someone that fits a "list". But rather someone that's my compliment, that I can grow with, enjoy mutual respect, have fun with and still be our own individual selves.
Although I admit that physical attraction is necessary…personality combined with an unexplainable connection trumps all.
Got an edge? Cool Play an instrument? Fantab. Funny? Bonus Big heart, gentleman and confident (not to be confused w/cocky)? .... I'm all yours.
I hate to give too much away as it’s so much more fun and interesting to speak to someone in person. Intriguing, interesting and dare I say, sexy.
It all really comes down to someone that when you think of them, you're smiling...and don't even realize it. The best stuff takes time, only gets better and besides, the journey is half the fun. I'm game. You in?
The goal in Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting, "Woo hoo! What a ride!" (w/a big ole grin)
Actions speak louder than words. Send a wink. Send an email (even better). Just say hi.
Piqued your interest? (please have a photo)
The last great book I read The Old Man and The Sea; The Celestine Prophecy; Dracula; Poe; Rockband music for my guitar (it's a book! yes, I admit it, I love Rockband, drums please!)... and too many to mention trade mags. I don't get to just sit and read for pleasure as much as I'd like. I'm working on this.
My most humbling moment Only one? The list is too long :}
Favorite on-screen sex scene -
The celebrity I resemble the most silly question
The best or worst lie I've ever told not very good at the lying thing...(although isn't that what everyone says?)
a white lie to Mom: in response to "what cha doin'?" ...."oh nothing, usual stuff, catching up on emails, work blah blah blah" (I was in a canyon in Utah staring at the stars)
If I could be anywhere right now Preferably somewhere I've never been before experiencing something new. Nowhere near a computer. On a sail boat in the Mediterranean. Near a campfire, under the stars in Utah.
How about somewhere fantastic with someone fantastic (having the latter would make the former really not matter much)
Five items I can't live without I don't think there is anything I can't live without except perhaps a human here and there and music and without even really needing to say it, my family. Oh yeah, and chocolate. Ok and maybe my computer and of course my camera. How could I forget movies...love movies. Ummmm, did I say coffee yet? Wait...what was the question?
Fill in the blank: _____ is sexy; _____ is sexier. quiet confidence; humility and quiet confidence
In my bedroom one will find... 2 computers, 2 guitars, 3 cameras, many books, and somewhere in a corner is a partridge in a pear tree
